hello i planned a trip for two month, i had some hesitation, im thinking about this configuration, 2*20l rear and above a bag of 31 L and then the rest. like that will be easy to manage the stuff in each bags and get a better storage.
Or 2*70l rear, 5L in the middle if i can still put bottle of water and handler bar 15l only

Looks like you would be better off asking in r/bicycletouring as you are asking about a traditional bike touring set up.
This sub is aimed at a far more minimalist approach for off road riding where the typical total volume of bags is the equivalent of just your rear panniers.
