Completed my Skream Magnum 2.0 !
It rides swift and smooth, somewhere in Geneva !
Bike check :
– zipp sl carbon seatpost
– carbon saddle (Selle Italia SLR 135, foam and padding removed : 118 g)
– zipp stem and handlebar
– sram red 22 crankset with Specialités TA 44 chainring (reversely mounted to optimize chainline)
– kappstein 11-128 sprocket (17 teeth)
– sram red aerolink caliphers
– sram red 10s levers, with shifting mechanism removed (220 g for the pair)
– Panaracer 700×25 Type A tyres
– Stock Mavic Ellipse Wheels
6,2 kgs overall (haven’t weighed it yet)
I got inspiration from a budget Vigorelli weight weenie climb bike featured here and there ; wanted hoods for city riding and brakes to tackle local Alps’ passes (used to do them on my 12 kgs Genesis Flyer too), so here it is. Wheels should be replaced with Light bicyles carbon rims built on Mental BMX hubs in a near future.

Nice build, don’t weigh it because you’ll be disappointed.
Awesome build.
I’d stick to the alloy rims if you do a lot of braking though.
