Community is the meor scaman hospice Foundation who provide positive care services to people with life limiting illnesses it is not until a family member or friend becomes terminally ill that we realize the true importance of such a Service that is why this year I will be leaving my homeh house in the west of Ireland and cycling 23,000 km Sydney oper house in Australia always raising funds for these two Charities close to my heart I want to bring you all along On my journey from the breathtaking
Mountains along the silk road to the low-lying Rice Terraces of Vietnam this challenge is no doubt going to be the hardest thing I’ve ever done and I will require help and support along the way but I know I am able to push myself past any limits and get comfortable being Uncomfortable
