Hi,
I own a Phoenix MTB with Shimano ST-EF500 shifter and the bike needed indexing so I sent it to a bike shop and long story short it looks like this now, The barrel adjuster works perfectly fine but the rubber cover doesn’t look the best.
Since the barrel adjuster is actually working I thought of trying to replace the rubber cover instead of the entire barrel adjuster.
I can source this part alone but I can’t figure out how to replace it.
If anyone knows the method or can send me a link please do.
