Its good to see police responded and sent a letter of warning despite the swearing you made. Not saying your in the wrong as I do it myself sometimes as a natrual reaction to my safety being put in heavy risk. But I have heard some police in some parts of the UK wont do anything at all about dangerous drivers like this if the person reporting it is found swearing. I think that kind of police response is very poor and mis-understood.
So, the excessive🤨 use of the horn is perfectly fine.
