Your B limit screw is bent. Replace it. You can use a normal small socket head machine bolt of the right thread size, if you can’t get the exact replacement.

Installing the derailleur with the b-link in the correct orientation would be a good start.

Looks like your derailleur is not installed correctly — in the second pic, that bracket should be pointing more or less horizontally rearward. You need to loosen the derailleur fixing bolt and reposition the derailleur by turning it clockwise so that the protrusion in the bracket sits against the tab on your hanger. In your photo that protrusion is not resting on anything.
