New tubes, tires and chain. Cleaned up the drivetrain and took it for a spin. It’s definitely on the small side and the sweep on the bars makes it worse. My dilemma…

Keep it and get a taller and longer stem (drop bars maybe) or pass it along and find a larger frame? Has anyone dealt with this and had success? It’s a sweet ride and I have some ideas. Just having trouble committing to it.

  1. A bike being too big/small more of a thing at the other end (i.e. saddle height, stand over height etc), I would try a flat bar first and see how that goes. You have a short stem and bars with a huge rise on currently so lots of scope for altering the fit.

It’s an absolutely beautiful bike, but if I was you I’d get rid of it for something with a better fit.
