15k. The tarmac you see is a cycle highway (no cars-most street crossings are over or under the street) which makes up about half of my commute. It’s just great and it’s what bike paths should have been all along instead of a strip at the side of the road riding next to multi-tonne behemoths. About a third of the commute is gravel road and the rest is city traffic. All in all a pretty good situation. Build infrastructure for the mobility you want to see, not what you currently have.
