  1. That is not realistically repairable, it’s on the seller or shipper, don’t accept that.

  2. Forget the rims, return the whole bike and head to your nearest bike shop. Who knows what else is wrong with that thing.

    WTF, I have never seen any rim damage that bad so would immediately return and not buy from there again

  4. “If a bicycle is not being sold in a bicycle store, ask yourself why”. We know a thing or two about quality and servicability.

  5. Awful shipment, should have shipped in a closed box front tire detached all zip tied up.

  6. Is keeping it even an actual thought ?!? Return it lol I have never seen something so neglected during shipping . Bikes usually come in boxes zip tied together with lots of bubble wrap or foam wrapped around fragile parts and the front rim and tire removed and strapped to the bike . ( in some smaller frames of road bikes I’ve seen the entire bike assembled except for the handle bars . )

  7. Those wheels are referred to as, “tacos.” I do not believe that they can be repaired.
