Hi all,
New to using a Kickr (and Canyon if I’m honest!)
Previously on setup I managed a snug fit on the thru axel and the kickr. When putting it on now the back on the bike moves and there’s no thread left to tighten.
Am I missing something obvious?
Thanks in advance

Are you using the correct spacer? The kickr comes with 4 different spacers (actually it’s two lug shaped metal pieces, but each one has a different size setting based on which way you face it). The correct spacer to you use depends on your thru axle length.
Kind of annoying and difficult to figure out which to use.
Also if your bike uses a thru axle be sure you’re using your bikes and not the kickr one when mounting, you use the kickr axle if your bike uses quick releases.

This might be way off, I have a canyon, but my trainer is a kinetic, so it’s slightly different. You might have the thru axel on backwards? I looked at canyon grail and I tighten down on the drive side. I see your tool on the non drive side. Maybe that easy?
It looks like you’re missing the [axel adapter](https://www.amazon.com/Wahoo-Adapter-Compatible-Models-WFKICKRTHRUAXLEKIT/dp/B0BJ8MH4RC/ref=asc_df_B0BJ8MH4RC/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=632190066910&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1064199202780549116&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9028755&hvtargid=pla-1878086568458&psc=1&mcid=be7a4968bf2031ef9800bc8724ced1b4&gclid=CjwKCAjw17qvBhBrEiwA1rU9w2huVGzZpbSP9BRC2rfCM84VWL2Y6yudQJ5yZ1Bgw6_n_Fd9B_sc7BoCd3sQAvD_BwE).
