The problem is people dont like being spied on by a guy with a camera whether theyre using a phone or not

Cyclists are however, asked to keep left in slow moving traffic or at busy junctions, to aid with overtaking in these trickier scenarios

I see a harassment case here, you would definitely see me file papers through your letter box id sue for harassment and the beauty of it is i can represent myself and you would be pating £100+ per hour to fight it.
oneday your going to come across a lawyer who will file a counter claim against you, fine filming someone is fine sending it to police is fine but harrasing people is a different game altogether.
