ortileb city panniers + 16” laptop

I am in the market for a second-hand ortileb panniers, I found the city model online but I am not sure if it can fit my 16” MacBook laptop.

I just need to bring the laptop, lunch and clothes so I don’t need a massive pannier, I am worried about the size of the laptop.

I will try to see if I can find a shop in my area with the same model so I can do a test, but I see that it is not very common as a model, so I am not sure if I can do a real test.
