Cycling the world – Europe: episode 57
After riding the South by Cycle trail (Finland) to Helsinki, I met up again with Peyman (@NomadsTrails ) just before boarding the ferry to Tallinn (Estonia). From Tallinn I headed to Riga in Latvia where I started to have lots of problems with my right knee.

Damn! Sorry to see you in pain Davide. Nothing worse than a painful ailment , like knee, hips or back etc when you’re a cyclist with distance to cover. It must be frustrating for you, as well as worrying about treatment. Whether to seek out a hospital, considering how much that may cost too. It certainly pays to take care of yourself health wise , whilst being a long way from home on an epic adventure as you are. I can only wish you good luck my friend. Take care now.
