I’ve been riding fixed for a long time. But after I switch to a new bike, I faced a very annoying palm pain.
Overall bike size seems to be correct according to my height
And I also experimented with saddle positions, and already try different stem length (from 90 up to 140mm)
I noticed that my palm angle is a little bit more then it needs to be, I think it can be also the reason.
Should I still experiment with stem angle and length?

Switch reach or width of your bar and stem. With your bar-stem combo this will be challenging. Otherwise softer bar tape can help. Strengthen your lower back muscles and don’t lean too much weight on your hands.
Really off topic (sorry) but I love that paintjob
I switched to bullhorns for this reason, I was getting an inflamed tendon (cyclist palsy) from an overly aggressive flat bar setup that put to much pressure on my palms. bullhorns helped it to not come back but ultimately I had to stay off the bike for a few weeks to let it heal. If you’re spending a good bit of your time on the flats of your bars that could be the problem.
You bike is dope.. I would suggest mtn type bars with some sweep. Although it looks like that a velodrome bike so maybe fake hoods on the drops?
