For budget reasons, Beaumont wins obviously, but I’m scared it’s a bit *too* cheap. I don’t wanna buy a bike and then need another one in a few years.
The Priority Coast step-thru with three speeds looks really good AND they’re having a sale, but it doesn’t come with a rack which is quite problematic for me because I do go shopping sometimes. But upon further reflection, it’s actually not that much of an emergency. It also doesn’t come with lights or a bell. But also I live in New York so it’s not that huge a problem and I’m too scared of pedestrians yelling at me to use the bell often. The coaster brake + hand brake duo is heavily enticing on account of the fact that my bike in Amsterdam was like that and I loved it.
The Pure comes with a rack, and it’s available at a bike store near me. I’m just apprehensive because I can’t find any reviews for it.
