  1. I think you may have mixed up CX = Cyclocross and XC = Cross Country. These 2 are CX bikes, which almost always had 700c wheels.

  2. I’m pretty sure I remember someone posting that blue one a while back. I don’t think it was a cyclocross bike like the first, I think it was a hybrid that they did a drop bar conversion on. Both look awesome but that Giant is especially nice.

Edit: yes, this was the original https://www.reddit.com/r/xbiking/s/zldn9Si58E

Oh man, that Indy Fab? Pretty sure that’s the team paint job, and that’s very, very well spec’d. Very tasty indeed, that.

Back in the 90’s I had a Marin Point Reyes which had 700c wheels and although it had flat bars I could have thrown on drops. The tires on these however seem bigger than the tires I could find back then.

  5. Telltale for cx… they route the cables on top of the top tube so so don’t “rattle” em when you shoulder the bike.

I know they done that on old mtb, but you mix that with the cantis and 700c…

    That Indy is dope!

I don’t know much about cyclocross but they’re probably hybrid someone converted? I’m doing this to a 520 right now and got most of my parts just waiting to sand it and get it repainted. Laburnum I don’t think giant was making specialized bikes with 700c wheels.
