I am currently in the search of an endurance road bike and I am unsure which to pick from the below linked ones:

For the Canyon, I think I need an S size, which is currently unavailable and will be restocked in late April. It costs 1470 euros with shipping included.
And for the Merida, it is currently on sale in my local bike shop and can be bought for 1220 euros. It normally costs 1470 euros.
As far as I’ve seen, they are very similar to one another regarding the components.
So, which one would you choose and why?
