This frame was a fun experiment in titanium 3D printing and carbon fiber composite construction. I got the frame weight down to 1.3kg which is pretty good for a half-metal disc bike! There are a few things I’d do differently next time but I’m super pleased with how it turned out. Total weight is 7.5kg as shown.
