Torx bit. Take a socket bit that almost fits and hammer it in, then use a ratchet to remove.

Use either a torx bit or a screw extractor that’s slightly larger and gently tap it in with a hammer. When replacing, get a torque wrench and follow the manufacturer’s specs.

I just want to make sure, you are trying to take this off with the axle and wheel off, right?

First, remove the thru axle from the other side. After that I would tap some threads(prob m8 or m10 depending on the hole size) and install a bolt. Since this is left hand threaded you can tighten the bolt till the head bottoms out and at that point if you keep turning the bolt clockwise it will undo that piece of hardware.

Some important things to note: 1. The axle is threaded into the UDH bolt. Be sure to remove the axle before trying to remove the bolt. 2. The UDH bolt is REVERSE THREADED. It comes out clockwise.
Given that it is reverse threaded, I’d suggest drilling out the old hex interface to the point of exposing the axle threads. Get a bolt that fits those threads (*should be* M12x1 if built to SRAM’s standard, but worth checking your axle, thread it in from the outside, and use the new bolt interface to remove the UDH bolt.

Drill the whole thing out?
