Congrats!! Budget-wise, my suggestion in order of importance would be:
– regular maintenance and good tires
– gear that improves your ride (eg saddle bag and spares, clothing you like, a comfortable helmet)
– saddle choice is highly personal and don’t be afraid to try something new once you figure out what you like or don’t like about this one
– anything else as needed or as you feel like.
Cool bike! Best thing is to get out and ride and the more you get to know the bike, the more you can think about if you feel like changing anything. That’s part of the fun!
