I purchased this bike from a nice old neighbor . He said his brother put an Italian performance knock off.
It has some Shimano components and Mafac brakes. There’s a Specialized piece on the back of the frame but I can’t tell if that was added later.
I’m still working on my plans but I at least was going to upgrade the bottom bracket and chainring. Originally though about a fixed gear conversion but open to ideas.
Just looking for as much info as I can get.
