Canyon Garmin Mount

Hey, I got myself the beautiful Canyon Grail CF SL and with it the Canyon Garmin Mount, mainly for navigation reasons. Iam super happy with the bike and everything else. But it’s the second time now that this Mount Breaks. I think I do something major wrong. First time it broke when I drove over an uneven road, this time it was just this little elevation you can barely see on the last picture.
What am I doing wrong? How can that happen?
