Hi, I just installed a second hand Athena 11 UT crankset. I came from a Chorus 10 which could spin way more freely. The Athena on the other hand, can make 1.5 turn at max. Is this level of spinning normal? I can imagine these cranks are significantly lighter, having less mass to keep spinning. It makes a bit of sound, not much. Having just one crank in yields the same issue.
Do i need to replace the bearings or is it something else?

I’d say the average crank would spin a bit more smoothly than that, but it’s not really something worth worrying about. Assuming that the bearings are otherwise fine (and don’t feel gritty or have play in them) the tiny bit of extra drag from your crankset isn’t significant.
