    Hard to go off just a single non-driveside photo, and prices and vary regionally.

    But given what I can see I’d guess between $200 and $300 USD. With $200 being closer to what I’d be willing to pay, but $300 might be fair in markets with less quality options.

    Rusted QR and electrical taped bartape makes me think it’s been poorly cared for and is gonna need a $75 tune-up right out of the gate. So regardless of what groupset that is I just can’t value it any higher personally.

    Cycle thru the Shimano STI shifters, if they index in a positive and crisp manner, bike has value. Otherwise, no bueno, too much $$$ to fix. I’m guessing those are 9 speed too.

    I would pay, and have paid $125 to $200 for this type of bike in the last 5 years. Inoperable shifters are always deal breaker.
