Is a Trek Domane AL2 Worth $400?

I’m newer to cycling and want to find a bike for daily commuting with occasional weekend rides.

I found this good condition 2018 Trek Domane AL2 listed for $400. The bicyclebluebook lists this used bike at $290. Is it worth it at the current price or should I negotiate closer to the BBB price?
