I have this helmet. Seems like a pretty good deal. I like POC lids but I prefer the non full face one that I have from them. The jawbone pads can come out easily, it’s a little constrictive (I’m probably just between sizes) and I find BOA on the head to be finicky. Perfectly serviceable helmet, looks good, I’m comfortable with POC safety.
POC helmets are great if they fit your head shape, they’ve always fit me weird so I can’t use them. I’d make sure they have a good return policy incase your head shape doesn’t work with it.
Buy something that fits. The Coron fits me really well and I was about to order an Otocon to complement it but it didn’t fit me at all.
I have the gambit, and it literally feels like you’re wearing nothing. I wouldn’t take it to a DH race, but if you want one ff helmet to wear all the time then it’s definitely a good choice
