The bike is in pretty good shape, been riding it for about a year but want to start making it pretty and giving it some updates. I’m newish to working on bikes and would like advise.
What should i do and not do? Specifically though, I am wondering if yall have any recommendations for pedals that are made in France. Its a french bike and I would like to keep it as true to that history as possible
Also… its frame has some scratches and the decals have come off in some places… where do I start with those things?

It’s Austrian, made by Puch, not French. I have a 1977 Inter-10, great bikes. Mine has all the original Shimano 600 components. Yours looks like it may have Huret components, which are French
