Little tool has got the engine management light off the spanner still on cuz it needs a service but the engine management is off let’s go and have a chat after turning the engine on and off a few times and giving it a bit of a REV David was satisfied the engine light

Wasn’t coming back on and started a new report so David’s just putting the rest of the details in hopefully we can get the paperwork sorted and be on me way you guys at home might know but a bit of a tip if ever you’ve got a service book

With the Service stamps in and you see that any of them haven’t got a date on or a mileage on make sure you contact the garage that did it and get a date and a mileage on them stamps because even if they’ve stamped them they don’t

Have a date or a mileage we buy a car can’t accept them so what’s happened here is the engine management light has gone off the damage then on the car which is stayed at grade five went from 200 something quid to 400 odd pound so even though it took the engine

Management light off and the amount of money that that was costing it’s then up to the grade five to compensate for that so the actual price of this car is exactly the same it’s 230 quid which is absolutely scandalous originally before the engine management light was on it

Was costing an extra 230 I think it was and now it’s just gone up to compensate so we’re at the same exact same price I don’t really know what to say to be honest I’m I’m shocked you know I tried to defend we bind car in that I

Genuinely thought that it was a decent service and I’m sure it is for a lot of people I’m sure we buy a car is a decent service for a lot of people but to try and be as honest as you can on the valuation tool online to then come and

It’s way less based on the damage alone never mind the engine management light to then get the engine management light fixed thinking you’re better off for it to then add what it was deducting to the fact it’s a grade five so you’re no better off that can’t be right surely

And the funny thing is I know there’ll be disclaimers all over the website saying you know this is just a guide the valuation tool you put the damage in it’s literally just a guide but it’s miles off it’s not even accurate like I was trying to overcompensate by putting

In that the rear quarter was damaged twice to sort because I know it’s not great I know it’s bad I was a sales exec at Warrington Audi so I know all about grading part Exchange and putting details to damage in and I certainly know all about when stuff gets sent to

The auction and it’s not been graded correctly you get a bollocking and quite rightly because it’s you know it’s money from the business if you’ve said it’s okay but it’s actually quite Tatty and it goes through the block and you know they it makes a lot less than what
