Looking for route suggestions from southern Spain → Southern Sweden

I’m planning to bike Málaga, Spain → Malmö, Sweden on an e-bike with my dog, starting on May 1st, and am trying to figure out the best way to plan it. Does anyone know of any sites that prioritize “nice” routes over shortest routes? e.g. I’d be happy to add 20km (or 1,000) if it means biking on nice greenways vs roads. I don’t have any real timeframe or deadline.

Or does anyone have any suggestions of particularly nice routes along my route? My vague plan is: Málaga → Barcelona, along the coast → Milan → Zurich → Strasbourg → Paris → Amsterdam → Malmö

Basically, I’m not sure if I should be following EuroVelo routes, or if there are better local routes, and how to find those routes if they exist. I’ve read a number of posts saying that EuroVelo is somewhat out of date. Komoot and [cycle.travel](https://cycle.travel) both include % of route on paths vs roads, but I’m really looking for an option like “prioritize cycle paths and (mostly) ignore distance”
