First bikepacking trip dont 250 kms from stuttgart to zurich. i just strapped a dry bag and compression bag i already had. my legs touch the rear bag a bit when pedaling but i rode it for 2:30 hours yesterday and it didn’t really bother me. ill definitely invest more money for my next trip.

You may want to check a saddle bag stabilizer. Lot’s of makes out there, some more fancy than others, some lighter than others but overall all the same idea: stick out the saddle bag a little and keep it from swaying side to side.

From the looks of your improv harness + dry bag, it might be all you need to be honest.

This said, you seem to be in Germany and I’m sure the used market on racks and panniers is decent around there. It would be very easy to apply and use one.
