Nah you’ll be fine, plenty of people run ice t rotors on sram setups
I’m not sure what you’d have to gain by it but assuming you use the right size adapters for the silly 200 and 203mm rotor sizes (if you aren’t using a different size), you can mix and match to your hearts content. There are a few brands running odd rotor widths but SRAmano aren’t them.
Personally, the SRAM centerline rotors don’t leave much to be desired. They don’t cool quite as well as ice tech but they are far more reliable in my experience. Ice tech are an absolute nightmare to keep true if you do heat them up over and over.

Problem? No. But Sram rotors are better.
Shimano and SRAM rotors are actually a slightly different thickness. Shimano at 1.8mm and SRAM at 2mm. Do what you will with this information.
Nah, I’ve run swissstop, Galfer and Shimano rotors with SRAM brakes
1)Your money, your bike, your gear your choice.
2)But, do your rotors really need replacing right now?
3)Is there a noticeable performance difference that makes it a valuable and worthwhile expense?

i have centreline rotors with my XT brakes, i still stop
So, you’d rather run SRAM than Shimano Saints? Are you crazy?
They’ll work fine
You’ll have the trouble of being stuck with SRAM brakes, but no compatibility problems
This Sain’t no problem.
I had this combination as I wanted to use centerlock rotors. I had no problems.
Just my opinion but I’d take Saints over any SRAM brake and I’ve tried them all other than Maven
