Hi all! I’m having the toughest time choosing a gravel bike. I’m looking for a bike that I can do races like Unbound and Sbt Gravel on. Not trying to podium. Just want to have fun and do somewhat well. However, I also want one that could handle some bikepacking and long rides in the future. Based on that, I decided on the Canyon Grizl. However the only one in my size that’s in stock (that isn’t $5500) is the Grizl CF SL 7 eTap. They won’t have more XS in stock with mechanical shifting for 4-6 months. I’ve never used electronic shifting before so I’m trying to decide if I go for the Canyon Grizl or expand my search to some of the other bikes I considered before. Full list of what I’m considering:

Am I overthinking on the electronic shifting on the Grizl? Or am I right to look at a few other brands? Thank you in advance for your thoughts!
