I think the model is Fork Zoom CH-386A maybe its a suggestion
It has a rubber cap on the tops i can remove them but cant adjust stuff googled for about 3 hours and was like “fuck it reddit time” how can i make it more softer?

That might get you going again.
And after every ride wipe the dirt off with a cloth.
Or take it into a shop for a full service.
Not much choice here, other than to clean it and make it operate as ‘smooth’ as possible. No adjustments means you can’t do anything with it. Better off buying an older model fork in good condition with some adjustable.
From a service technician: there is not much you can do. I agree that your best bet is to clean it nicely and use some fork lube, but that’s about it. If you take it to the shop, you’ll pay twice what it’s worth for almost nothing. Don’t take the rubber seals off. Your biggest problem is the nature of the fork. Zoom makes cheap forks that are meant to be ridden until they suck, then replaced. If it’s really really bad, your best is to get a new SR Suntour fork for around $100
This fork is meant to be disposable. The rest of the bike likely is also. Just ride it as-is until you can get a nicer bike.
