Yeah, that looks like more than a few mil out of line. If I was stuck in the outback I’d run a tube and try to get to civilization but in the city I’d be looking for a replacement.
Jokes aside, that’s completely destroyed the hook (where the tire bead catches) so it’s no good. A tire might mount up with enough coaxing but it’ll surely blow off one you air it up or ride it.

No it’s aluminum :^)Seriously though you can bend it back CAREFULLY with some pliers and a rag (to protect it) though i would only consider this a temp fix if you rely on this for transportation and not ride it more than like 10mph avoiding bumps until you get a new wheel. A bend like that definitely compromised the wheel structurally.
