Looking for a decent hybrid bike just to get me started won’t be riding it hard on trails or anything mostly road/sidewalk and maybe a little grass. Would really appreciate some input from what I’ve read this seems like a good deal but I don’t know a lot about bikes and what I should be on the lookout for. Thanks in advance!

Honestly it’s a cheap old bike . Haggle the price .
If it needs new tires and has a rusted chain when you go see it in person then just move on and find another one . Tires aren’t “cheap” . It’ll prolly cost you as much as he’s asking for the bike to replace the tires .
