Hello,
First time riding road bike and I fell few times with clips. One was pretty bad and this is what happened. I could ride home, turning is fine and there are no bad sounds: do you this is repairable?
Tried to twist it with legs holding the tire, no success. Bike: Rose Reveal 04 carbon
Thank you.

Very easily repairable. Just loosen the two bolts on the side of the stem, straighten, and retighten. Torque spec is usually ~5 Nm, which is firm but not excessive hand force though a multi-tool or small Allen wrench.
Loosen the stem bolts on the side of the stem, little by little and evenly.
Do your leg grab again until wheel / bars are straight.
Tighten stem bolts little by little evenly.
Do not loosen top bolt.
With rose its only a matter of time until a new fork, but thats just a slipped stem.
Have you loosened the tension on your pedals? If not, loosen them a lot until you have muscle memory unclipping. That way, when you’re threatening to fall or have to come to a sudden stop and good pull in any direction will unclip your shoes.
If you tell us what pedals you have I’m sure we’ll be able to tell you how.
