That’s a Fuji Classic frame, steel and a great starter to build from. I would be suspicious of the quality of full carbon wheels at that price point, or it’s stolen. Not a terrible offering if it is in your size window.
Looks like a “steal”.
88mm wheels can be quite expensive. That’s a Brooks 17 saddle I believe those are also expensive. Hard to see which crankset it has but the frame is a steel Fuji which aren’t exactly cheap either.
I would guess this bike may be worth around 750-1k depending on the actual build of the wheels and crankset, if you were to purchase it all separately.
