With a pump or an air compressor ideally… Jokes aside you will want to crew out the little thing on the valve and put the pump on and pump away … Please note there’s different types of pump heads a big one (meant for car valves / Schrader) and the thin ones for the valve you have … So you’ll need the thin one

If you’re commuting with prestas and you’re in the US, get a schraeder adapter to keep with your bike. That way you can use air pumps at gas stations.

That’s a presta valve. You’ll need a pump that can interface with that.
