Got these Phil track hubs and after replacing my rear tire I noticed they are not spinning freely and seem to stop spinning prematurely. I brought it to my LBS and they suggested the force of the track nuts was adding too much preload to the bearings, however as this video demonstrates, the issue persists even when the track nuts are loose and the chain is slack. Any thoughts on what I can do? I feel like more spinning should be expected from such nice hubs.
