It’s Eating Disorders awareness week this week – if you need support, B-EAT are a great charity to get some advice, they are also a great place to go to learn more about eating disorders – the more people that are aware of them the better, they have such a big impact not only on those that suffer, but on the people around them too. Never be afraid to reach out for help. A little reminder, not to comment on what people are eating or someones body shape, we never know what is going on inside for someone and a tiny comment can have a massive effect.

So glad you're tackling those "other voices" — it's definitely a process. As I said before, and you know you absolutely deserve to eat well and in proper volume (not just b/c you're an athlete).

Awww, this was a great video! Bike fit initial results, dancing, bacon butty, glorious scenery, fluffy underwear, friends.
I honestly don't know the right thing to say about your head space and food to help you out, except that I believe you REALLY needed that hot chocolate and carrot cake! Making a few assumptions about your weight, how fast you cycled (on average), the time it took etc I figure the cake and hot choccy was ~600 calories and you burned 2,800 calories on the ride ie more than four and a half times MORE burned than consumed. That's massive.
Your honesty is always very refreshing. Keep going.
