Reach out to the manufacturer of your hub to see if they have new ones. Or go searching around for it. You need it.

Find a replacement pawl, if you need your bike it will be fine with two, just don’t give it as many watts as you have only 2/3 the power transfer.
I’m kind of joking as you will be fine, they rate the hubs/pawls for 1500+ watts, so I guess you can only do 1000 watts now. Again joke as that’s well above non racers.
Anyone who thinks this is catastrophic doesn’t know.

Pretty sure they’re steel. Might get you a nail pick up magnet of some type. Might make your life easier.
