I got this for cheap in 2022, and haven’t been able to ride it much other than around the neighborhood with my daughter. Both brakes were gone, no pads on front, and it was slipping under heavy load. The bike shop it originally came from does a free yearly tune up and quick turn around on service, so $100 later, derailleur adjusted, wheels trued,, brakes bled, new pads front and back, etc. I’m pretty mechanically inclined with cars and motorcycles, but I didn’t have stuff to bleed it with but will next time (if I don’t replace the brakes sooner). What else should I add to the list? Have new lock on grips coming, should these pedals be upgraded? I would also really like a dropper post because this seems like it would be a PITA with as high as I need the seat. I live pretty close to some good looking trails in Waco, TX at Cameron Park, and would really like to try them out sometime. Hopefully dirt bikes transfer a little bit lol.

If I found a bike shop that would true my wheels, tune my drivetrain, bleed my brakes and swap pads for $100 I’d marry it and never look back.
