In the US that would be appropriate pricing (at least in the ballpark, with maybe $50 wiggle room either direction to adjust for condition). I mentioned here yesterday that it seems the floor for used road bikes (in the US) is around $250 for things that are rideable, and finding anything less than that is going to have something seriously wrong with it.
