I’m looking for a gravel bike with a steel frame that is manufactured in Europe!

Call me crazy, but when I buy a bicycle, one of my priorities is that it should be a beautiful piece of handcraft (afterwards it should be a reliable sporting equipment and so on…), and that is something I do not find in modern carbon frames.

So far I’ve found these two great examples from [Cinelli](https://www.cinelli-milano.com/collections/gravel/products/nemo-tig-gravel-2024-ekar?variant=47605772190031) and [Böttcher](https://www.boettcher-fahrraeder.de/fahrrad/143/Evolution+Gravel+Böttcher), but Cinelli has a waiting time of 4-5 months and Böttcher doesn’t even have an online shop.

Does anyone know of any bikes and bike brands similar to these?

Thanks!

Off the top of my head Standert, 8bar, de rosa, and tons of British brands. Those can be hard to get your hands on if you’re in the EU due to import tax though.

I’m sure I’m missing tons of brands

  2. Try and find/visit a place like The Service Course in Girona that should already have a small number of higher-end euro steel gravel builders’ frames built up for sale.
