I have one in gold tone that I removed from 1976 Kabuki Submariner. Replaced with a gold tone 14 – 24. Bike has about 50 miles on it. Those low gears not needed in Florida. Was a great e-bay find. ZD is the stamp on it.

Have seen a couple of Shimano freewheels like this with just the largest (lowest) sprocket as skip tooth, but not two.
I agree about the dork disks. Ya gotta hold onto these really daggy, older metal ones nowadays. They’ve been hated so long – they’re becoming scarce. I have a couple of nice fancy-pants alloy ones with similar speed holes in ’em.
One has also got a dimpled pressed pattern which I can only assume they were going for the golf-ball extra speed theory. 🤣
