
Has anyone ever successfully returned a bike to Canyon from Canada? If so how? I followed their instructions, received a shipping label, but when I went to ship it back UPS was saying I need a bunch of export documents including a commercial invoice and declaration.
They said to get this I need to contact CBSA, they said I need to contact CRA to create a business license, then create a CERS account to export the bike as it’s over $2000.
I spoke with UPS and they sent me a list of forms to fill out, possibly instead of doing it through CERS, however I wouldn’t be able to fill out much of the info as I’m not sure what it would be.
Any suggestions?

I think this is something Canyon should help you work out
I returned one in January,with no problems. Canyon set the return up for me though and I just had to print out the paperwork.
