Raleigh Roadster with rod brakes: [https://www.sheldonbrown.com/retroraleighs/roadster.html](https://www.sheldonbrown.com/retroraleighs/roadster.html)

The nose on the front fender is something I haven’t seen on a Raleigh yet, but the Brooks leather saddle speaks for Raleigh.
The vintage Dutch bikes typically had mattress saddles, not leather Brooks. Rod operated drum brakes. These ‘Opa Fiets’ (and Oma Fiets) are still being produced, thankfully, though tmk not with rod brakes anymore: [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roadster_%28bicycle%29#/media/File:Batavus_6.jpg](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roadster_%28bicycle%29#/media/File:Batavus_6.jpg)

I believe the machines used to make the old Raleighs all got sold to the Indian ‘Atlas’

  3. I got a 29 Raleigh Dawn Safety (99% sure- hard to find much info).

Similar look other than the front fender, with front Dyno (still works)….similar, but I’m missing a few pieces, but nothing is preventing the comfy upright ride. Sometimes gotta Fred Flintstone stops, rod brakes and all, but it was designed to be able to sit flat feet on the ground.

  4. I looked up the image using Google Lens. The bike itself didn’t return any results but prices to license the photo cost more than the bike itself.

  5. Are you just looking to buy something similar? Rod brakes and oil bath? Do you want the exact model or a more affordable option to buy today?

Look at English 3 speed bikes, like the Raleigh Sport and various similar models. Check out the lengthy “for the love of english 3 speeds” post on bikeforums
