Definitely replace the chain. Also the whole drivetrain needs a thorough clean, so do that while the chain is off.
Replace the cassette and/or chainring if you get problems with skipping or noise with a new, lubricated chain.

Is it just the looks that bother you? Chainrings have different teeth, so naturally some will look shallower. Usually, the chain will wear first, then the cassette and the chainrings will be last. Do you have a reason to suspect it is worn or in any other way not in order? I would second the thought to clean and relube.
