This was my longest ride since I started cycling recreationally a few months ago. At first, I regretted taking a bike with such aggressive geometry, then I faced a tough headwind on the second half of the ride and I was glad to put my nose to the bars. 1983 Schwinn Traveler!

Nice dude. You inspired me to map out my ride today, I rode just about 17. Also on an old road bike. I don’t always ride road bikes but with the geometry and the tires, the difference is huge especially when facing wind and hills and long distances.
