Hey guys, I got a new bike rack to kick off my bikepacking adventure, but it seems like I cannot make it straight however I tilt it. I was curious if this would be a problem while biking?
If it’s firmly attached, it will not be a problem. Some people cannot stand it if things are crooked but if it’s ok for you, go ahead and leave it like this.

Habe you tried using the bolt holes that are right above the ones you’re using right now on the rack?
Like taking out the silver bolts you see, slide the tube down a bit, and insert the bolt again?

If it bothers you then you could use a seat post rack mount clamp like this (https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/seat-posts/318-mm-mwave-seat-clamp-with-rack-mount/) to attach your rack too
Mostly need to worry about the panniers hitting the wheel as long as it’s solid you are going to go!
Just make sure your rear deflector and can be seen when the bags are on. It looks like you can affix them to the rack.
I’ve mounted mine at an angle to support a saddle pack.
